Had a problem with this but took photos of the broken pieces and sent an email in a Sunday. What great customer service, had a reply and it was replaced within a couple of days. Such a lovely company to deal with.
Really great puzzle for our family holiday of adults middle aged and elderly. And it was quite a puzzle too. We don’t look at the picture usually but one of us needed to as we were troubled over getting the sides to match. Great fun lovely picture.
The puzzle was so challenging that I took it to my sister, the puzzle pro. Even she is slower at putting it together. It’s like piecing together little octopi! Guaranteed feeling of accomplishment when you finish!
Exteremely well made with loads of crafty pieces . Not a routine puzzle. The dark blues are shaded which helps but this puzle takes time and thought. But what an accomplishment when done !! Very intertesting and creative ways that it comes together. Great mind exercise !!
