Returns

In the unlikely event that you are less than delighted with your new jigsaw, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that it is unused, in its original condition and packaging and that you email us to let us know in advance.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by using this form or emailing us directly - customerservice@victorypuzzles.com. Please ensure that you include your 4 digit order number.

If your item is faulty or does not match the item ordered, we will refund or exchange it at our cost. However, you must contact us within 6 months of receiving your order.

Depending on your location, we may, at our discretion, choose to refund rather than replace any faulty puzzle.
